*Sits carefully on a comfy couch and sips his tea.*
I've been using all sorts of useful stuff to help lessen the pain (and potential peeling) of the sunburn. It seems my resistance to sunlight has gone down recently, which isn't good when you consider that sunny days are one of the big selling points of this country.

Shameless plugging for a month or so.

No really, I do genuinely hope he learns from it. That's the only reason it would be good to have a thorn in his side. Good teachers, those thorns.
I just can't believe how slow he is! I mean, he's just figuring out what was going on a year ago? Psht...
He always did move at a plod. Drove this fire witch batty sometimes.
It has been a bit difficult to stick with the cleanse, but every day I get more stories that prove my grandmother is losing her mind and it's likely because she didn't take care of herself and got overloaded with nasties. That ain't me. Not ever.[]
Don't overdo the cleansing or you'll find out what purge and purgatory have as a root meaning.
You can also really throw your pH and electrolytes off which is just as bad, if not worse than, the nasties you're trying to ditch.
I have a friend who swears by nettle tea as a tonic and detoxificant (is that a real word?).

Nico- please I beg of you a very large very cold martini with possible restorative properties. Or at least a large rubber hammer I could knock myself out with.
HUGS to you all
PR- got anything that that removes a brother in law and 2 hyper kids??

I have been taking things for that. Fizzy Vitamin C with extra tasty electrolytes is my friend. (called E-mergen-C for any who might be wondering what the heck I'm talking about)
Only lingering effect seems to be that I woke up early today. Hey! That's a good thing, isn't it? Got to bed fairly early and didn't just zonk out all day. Yes! Energy!
MsG, there are some things that might gets rid of your problem. However, side effects could include guilt and jail time

Extremely early by your standards, I think. Hopefully this doesn't mean you'll need to sleep an equivalent amount of hours earlier than usual.

Have to see on that. However, as I've been getting to sleep around noon, a bit earlier would not be a bad thing
