If I ever needed a drink it would be now. Suggested alternatives appreciated.

All I have on hand at the moment is a big bottle of peach-flavoured iced tea.

Kinda sunburnt at the moment after being outdoors all day at a friend's engagment party. Bright sunshine and pasty white skin do not mix well.

Shameless plugging for a month or so.

Poor Nico - I know just how you feel >. I burn after only 5 minutes in the sun. A doctor once tols me that I'm allergic to uv rays..if you have some handy, try using aloe..it will help.

LA29 makes a pot of the good stuff and sits down by the fire for some staring..

PR - how's about chammomile tea ? It always soothes my nerves ... is all well with you ?

That sounds good, actually

Gonna go with 'No' on that.
Been cleansing and miserable for more than a week now.
Yesterday I did the liver cleanse and felt like I was gonna throw up for hours.
Last night my ex found me on myspace. I'm his biggest regret and his one true love and he would do anything to have me in his life again
Seems the cleanse is extending to my personal life as well. I just want to

LA makes PR a nice mug of chammomile tea and sits down to talk..

I'm guessing this is the ex-of doom ? What a jerk...

Doesn't it always seem that they find you and want you back just when you're doing well without them finally ? Men - go figure..

As far as the cleansing goes..just keep in mind how much better you'll feel when it's over and done with...in the meantime - the chammomile should help soothe your nerves & tummy too !

Just put in 60 hours at work and it ain't over yet. Gotta go out and put in 12 on the graveyard shift tonight. It ain't snowing here but it's nasty. Don't know what I'd do without my java.

"Take my land set me free just don't take away my coffee....."

everybody have a good day and keep warm.

Yes, this is the ex of doom. Soooo much doom.
Wrote him back. Probably shouldn't have, but you know it's been a year and I really don't care anymore, so I basically said "Right, thanks for the apology and I hope you learn from your mistakes and appreciate the next good thing that comes along. Have a nice life." I was a bit more eloquent than that, but that's the gist. Felt pretty good, actually. Just one more toxin out of my system.
And yeah, I think the 'my ex is happy! must rock the boat!' radar went off
Thank you for the tea
It feels like I've been living on ginger to keep my tummy happy. I really can't wait for all this to be over and done with.

Soon enough this too shall pass...Good response to the ex, He should've done right by you the first time round..his loss.
And now you're on to much better things in life..

I admire your devotion to the cleansing ..I don't think I could go through with it..

Too right, my friend! Too right. At least I can be a thorn in his side for awhile
No really, I do genuinely hope he learns from it. That's the only reason it would be good to have a thorn in his side. Good teachers, those thorns.
I just can't believe how slow he is! I mean, he's just figuring out what was going on a year ago? Psht...
He always did move at a plod. Drove this fire witch batty sometimes.
It has been a bit difficult to stick with the cleanse, but every day I get more stories that prove my grandmother is losing her mind and it's likely because she didn't take care of herself and got overloaded with nasties. That ain't me. Not ever.

Or you could use my Grandmother as an example..she lived until 86 - with her mind intact - drinking beer & smoking Marlboro reds until the end..but not many of us are that lucky..I admire your dedication and your reasons for going through with it !

As far as your ex goes...You were nicer than he deserved . I think you could have told him to shove it where the sun don't shine...
