Will you release a couple of CDs along the way??

Oh - it's so good to have you back Jimi-bear!!

I also don' much like cooking raw red meat - I eat it, just don't like cooking it... sorry...

I'll even dedicate one of them to you, Merri-doll.
I have no problem whatsoever with handling or cooking red meat, especially if that cooking involves as little heat applied as I can.

Flip it down. You're a big girl, somebody should have taught you how to do that when you were three. Got a problem? Tell me about it. Don't make me guess. See a job needs doing? Do it yourself if you can, and get me if it requires heavy lifting. Gah! (I must be coming off as chauvenist, but this is just one of those things I find irritating)

Amen, brother James! While I do admit that it is a nice gesture if I leave the seat down, I don't want to hear about every time I forget. Same goes for ...

Navy, with regard to parents' strictness - My parents were less strict with me, most likely because I was the oldest (of 3). In high school, I was the good son who would call and tell them where I was and how long I would be there, so they trusted me and let me do more, which pissed off my brothers some. As for the effect one me, I think it taught me about being responsible and such, but I also think it led me to "rebel" more once I decided to in college.

I am with you on that one, give me a hammer or a spotlight to operate or a mixer board any day.

'cause the Roman Gods up to that point were crap. Jeff, the god of biscuits, and Simon, the god of hair-dos.

Looks like the threads pretty much died off for the evening. Thought I'd tell everyone I'm gonna be in and out at wierd hours due to losing two tech's this week and some DV training in town. Cool part is I get to check in after dark a few nights. Bad part, sleeps gonna be out of whack for at least two weeks.

Be back in a bit.

For the Record!!:

When I finish using the toilet, I close it. Not just put the seat down, I close the lid, too. It's a habit I've picked up from living in a house full of dogs. I do this even in my own apartment, even though there's nothing resembling a dog anywhere about it.

Still, in the twenty years I've been using the toilet, I've never fallen in. Bear in mind that I'm being serious when I ask this, but do any of you ever fall in? And if so, how could you have neglected to check the status of the seat before lowering yourself? That's akin to sitting down at the table without checking to make sure there's a chair behind you (in my opinion, at least).

---The Toilet Seat Debate: Baffling men for almost fifty years on PEI. Yes, we've only had flush toilets for fifty years. Really---

Morning, Everyone,

I'm so proud. I signed on this morning to find out I had won a box of fruity oaty bars
as my suggestion had helped name a new browncoat here!

*needs Magda's curtsy emote. It's not a smiley with a chicken bone in it, HK!

Need LOTS of coffee this AM. Cold and Nasty here! I shouldn't complain. It was 72 degrees here on Saturday.

Back soon.
