Quick trivia - Who was the human that Giles killed in S4 ?

I'm asking because I can't recall. Watched the panel discussion from the special features of S6 , where the repercussions of Willow's killing of a human were brought up. With his repsonse, Joss mentioned that, " Tony got away with it in season 4." I kinda can recall the scene, but nothing in particular comes to mind.

* Incidentally, I didn't see the logic of putting the panel discussion on Disc 3 of the set, when the entire S6 was being discussed in the past tense. Why stick that right in the middle, when much of what the cast/crew/writers talked about was yet to be seen ?

Grrrr.

Are you sure they said season 4? Because the only time I can remember Giles killing a human is when he killed Ben at the end of season 5 to prevent Glory from coming back.

I can't recall either who he killed in S4.
I remember he killed Ben in S5... Maybe they confused the seasons?

It's likely that they did confuse the seasons, but now that I think about it, maybe not. In "A New Man", when Giles got turned into a demon, did he maybe kill someone then? I can't remember.

Now, it could be that Joss said something like in the season BEFORE the last season, and I misheard him as saying '4'. Realizing they had completed season 6 and were trying to recall stuff from that season as well as others. I thought of when Giles was a demon to, but I don't recall him killing anyone either. And frankly, I had kinda forgotten he killed Ben too, so that must be it.

Ben was the human baby used to trap Glorificus on earth when she was banished from her home/hell dimension.
