Truly, this is the finest ship in the 'Verse,
though the others who fly in our formation
are close enough that we swap crew around
all the time.
I see that fillygirl has taken up greeting
duties so you wouldn't think us rude.
Some of us were tucked up in bed, trying not
to touch the frosty bulkhead with our knees or
nothin' and dreaming of the Captain, or whoever
else might have taken our fancy.
If you need any information or assistance, just
let out a holler or get on the cortex. We're
here, there, and all over the place.

I did see Firefly when it was first aired in 2002. I fell in love with it right away. I did hear about Serenity when they rebroadcast the show on the Sci Fi channel on the summer of 2005. They ran ads for the movie then. That's the only time I saw the trailers.
Thanks goodness you found out about the movie, and that you made your way to FFF.net. We hope you feel at home. It's a great place for those of us that are obsessed about the 'verse.
