Hi! I just joined your site. This sounds like the place to be if you are a Firefly/Serenity Fan! I watched the pilot episode and was hooked. I never missed a show while it was on TV. I was furious when it was cancelled!The networks have cancelled all my favorite shows. I refuse to watch any Fox series anymore, no matter how good it sounds. Between Firefly and John Doe! Anyway, I missed the movie at the theater. No internet at the time, and the marketing was horrible! I didn't even know about it until I saw it in the video store. Granted, I live in a small, rural area, but still! Anyway, I am just as addicted as the rest of you. I got my other half hooked on the show too. I am so happy there is still hope for another movie or a series revival!

Welcome Ladyhawke08! We are very glad you found us, now you have others who feel like you to confide in. FollowMal and sometimes FloralBunny usually do the greeting, but its late at night and I'll greet you till one of them shows up. There is plenty of strawberries and Mudder's milk in the galley, Ice Planets in the freezer and protein bars if ya want them. Don't step on the ships cat,....and we're glad your here, post often.

Love the name, by the way. That's one of my favourite movies!

I think you have to be the first poster I've come accross who saw the original show and not the movie. Most of us are the other way around! It's true, though. The marketing for Serenity wasn't as good as we had hoped and didn't spread the signal the way we wanted it to. At least you finally got to see it.

Like was previously mentioned, you caught the original showing of the Serenity pilot on tv? You are a lucky lady. Most of us came much later. I for one saw the BDM in the video store and renter it. Then rented the FF series from Net-Flix.

We may be a crazed group (of browncoats) on this boat but we haven't reached reaver level..ha..ha.
