Morning, Everyone!

I've changed a lot in the last 5 years. I've had a child who has taught me so much about unconditional love and Pokemon. I left my husband, I got back together with him, and we are stonger than before.

I'm much more tolerant of others. I listen more and talk less. I work with people, instead of competing with them (most of the time )- and I like to think that I stand up for myself more than I've ever done.

Hmm that's a good philosophy Traveler ( though I am now dying to know what the big change was..of course you don't have to say if it's personal or something. I'm just inherently curious)

Mavoureen- WOW...I'm just in awe of you

I doubt I've changed too much in the past 5 years. I mean other than the standard ups and downs of day to day life. I think I've pretty well figured out who I am and I'm sticking with it. It would take a lot to change my mind.

Ok so what are we pondering this morning...Oh I have one. Do you think you have change very much ( personality wise) in the last 5 years??

Last 5 years, I'm not sure. I was impatient and irritated by people and things in my 20s. I calmed down in my 30s. I became self aware and confident in my 40s. I liked turning 50. I don't think I've changed much over the last 5 years. Although, I did retire last year, and I'm working part time for fun (just three hours a day). This has really changed my attitude, but I don't think that changed my personality.

TracyLane, I hope the good changes continue.

Msg, Can't tell if you were being facetious or not, but either way I feel I have changed for the better in the last 5 years.

I may not be perfect, but some of my previous worst traits are getting better.

mmmm part time retirement. Oh today that sounds just lovely Verseexplorer...mind you I'd get bored and head back to full time right quick, but for a week or so that'd be amazing

Hello MSG:

Lets just say a few of Milwaukee's taverns went out of business about twenty years ago do to my suspension of the use of alcohol. Weaving down the rode is not a good way to spend your life. The people on the streets of Milwaukee are a little safer now.

It really improves your eyesight.

That's the neat part about teaching here in Arizona (I don't know if it's in all states). I can draw my full retirement and work part time this year, and then next year I can go back to full time if I want.
