Inevitablebetrayel,I've not seen you around.Although that's not saying much since I'm not exactly Mr.Post-it either.Must say I was impressed by your number,4376.You're like one of the founders,a veritable pillar of the community.(Not being sarcastic.)I hope for your sake that there's an end in sight to the being burned out bit.At least you have fellow Browncoats to talk with.Great username by the way!

RMMC,I've been wondering where you've been.It was fun following your exploits at Pensic.I'm very sorry to hear about your mother.I do hope that she is improving.My Mom got sick last year and I went to take care of her too.It wasn't always very easy and unfortunately things didn't turn out well but at least I had three months with her where we got to hang out and share meals and good times.I am now at the old homestead cleaning out about twenty years worth of stuff,taking apart what my parents built together,in order to sell their house.Not nearly as much fun as it's made out to be!

I think it was Kaylee who said that everyone has a story to tell.I sure wish there was an quick way to get to know everyone's story.Maybe that would be too easy.Oh well,I for one mean to do a little less loitering,(I don't so much like the term lurking,it has nefarious overtones)and more posting!

I'm not into animation, though. I wanted to do it, but decided that illustrations and comic books are more up my alley. And the level designer job just sort of happened because of this guy I met at my best friend's barbecue. I just majorly lucked out, I guess.
As a side note, one of my Firefly DVD boxes and a copy of Serenity are making their rounds in the office, and - who'da thunk it - they love it.

So I'm still on the mission, even though I had made myself scarce here. Browncoats 4 life!

Hey there, I'm still lurking around!
I'm actually going to be attending that charity Serenity screening in Dallas this Friday and I'll see how many others I can bring along with me. Hope you guys are well, I will catch up as I can! Work and stuff has been keeping me busy, but things appear to be slowing down.

Mom won't be getting better and I'm checking out the family leave policy where I work. Dad's been gone over 20 years, but Mom remarried a few years back so it's not just my brother and I handling things.

Sorry to hear you've been through this as well. *hugs* It just sucks.

As you can see I'm not a happy camper which is also why I've stayed away a bit. I don't want to depress other folks.

Hi Capture! Of course I remember you. I remember you saying scholl was being a bit much when the semester started. Jonny's still about here, too. Hopefully you'll get more time to stop in during Christmas break.
