I agree! The reason it was cancelled is 'cause Fox executives are a bunch of big, dumb stupidheads. Who weren't burdened with an overabundance of schooling. And are really, really dumb. And I really hope that other people can think of better insults than me....
But seriously, I don't think I will ever know why they actually cancelled it, other than because of their lack of brains.

Actually got to be a hero yesterday.
Lent my mate the first three discs (had to keep the forth back as hate to have none to watch.) after the first episode he was going on about how great it was (of cause) then yesterday he sent me a mail saying "bad news" I have finished firefly, i am gutted there arn't anymore!
I said what about the forth disc!! and after the disbelief subsided he almost cried with happiness!! so if anyone could tell me about a magical 5th disc I would also be very happy!!!

you'd think they would keep the best show ever on the air...with all the crap on these days.
i watched serenity first, wash dying was so much worse the second time, after i had watched firefly. Bought the box set and movie watch it again and pretend its not over, converted 2 people so far.
we'll all be waiting for the magical 5th disk.
