I've worked out the perfect tactic of converting normal people to Browncoats.
(spoiler)
I invite them to my home and them force them to watch 12 hours of Firefly until they're brainwashed. :)
I did this to a fried of mine...and she immediately fell in love with Wash. She laughed at everything he did, and started quoting him at the office.
And then...last night I showed her the BDM.
I had to watch her crumple into tears when he died. I felt so bad! Even guilty.
And then I had to try and answer all the inevitable questions:
"Are there any more?"
"Why did they cancel the show?"
"They're doing a second movie, right?"
"But why not?"
"But it isn't fair!! It doesn't make sense!"

I cried when Wash died. Then again I also cried when Darth Maul died in The Phantom Menace (yes I actually paid money to go see that movie I'm ashamed). Still why did Wash have to die? In the extras Joss said it was because he wanted you to think that things could go wrong, well worse, he said it added to the "mood". Evil Joss!!! But good job, so far I've successfully recruited no one.

We don't know if Wash has a twin brother or some such thing could happen. Or we may in for something new. I guess we just have to hold our breath and wait and see what Joss has in store for uS.
