This was apparently written in the limo, before reuniting with Ando and getting in contact with Peter. At least this confirms to me the time lag on the posts (about 5 days after the episode) --which I can write off as being an effect of his posting through the Yamagato server way back in Japan.

Whats with only 8 episodes listed for the season?

8 episodes makes it more like a mini series, is there even going to be a season 2?

It might be like Season 2 of Battlestar, where they cut it up. and also on Pysch, the rest of the season starts in Jan.

Heroes got the full-season pickup a while ago. Usual first order is 13 eps (as we saw with Firefly), with the "bank nine" ordered depending on ratings.

We're what, five eps in? We should have 17 more to go. Of course, it's possible NBC might pull a "Prison Break" and suddenly go on mid-season hiatus until March.

No word on Season 2 yet, but if ratings continue as they are, NBC would have to be stupid to not order another year. Of course, they're a TV network, so I anticipate nothing until S2 is formally announced and the ink dry on contracts.

I'll keep my eyes peeled for news and pass it back here.

The reason Prison Break is doing the hiatus thing is because it takes too long to produce the episodes. They would fall behind schedule and need a break regardless. If Heroes has a break, it would be for the same reason.

No worries, about next season. I will be back unless the people working on the show decide it is only supposed to be a one year show and wrap everything up.

ok, sharp eyed Heroes fans...

Someone on zap2it.com just posted that Micah had the Wonderfalls wax lion on his nightstand. Did anyone else see it? I didn't.

Could this mean Micah has powers? Talking to inanimate objects?

If anyone has this tivoed from last night, can you look at the episode and find out?

It's quite possible that Micah has powers anyway; both of his parents obviously do. In any case, I feel badly for him and Nikki. He's lost one of his parents and Nikki's lost her son. And it seems she's starting to lose the fight against her other half as well (or perhaps giving in to her other half). And it's nice to see Leonard Roberts as a good guy for a change. I hated Forrest.

I hope Isaac is going to be okay. If the good guys lose him, they're going to be directionless. I wonder if Peter has to be in contact with the others to use their powers, or if he can call on their abilities at any time.

Six more days until the next episode. *sigh*

Looks like everything is going to start to come together next week. Can't wait.

After watching the scenes with the supposed cheerleaders bio-parents. Do you think that the Dad found her real parents at some point and wiped their memory and then just round up a couple of friends to pose as the bio-parents?

A theory that I have is that the Dad is actually good and he will turn out to be the Professor X of Heroes.

Just calling it now.

Everybody always has the advantage over us, but that's what makes us special...and Browncoats.

They already have a full season 22 episode order. Perhaps the list you have seen is just the ones filmed and edited so far.

My dvr screwed up (or I did) and it didn't record last night, although I watched it. It will be Friday before I can check on that, but it does make sense because Bryan Fuller, the co-creator of Wonderfalls, is one of the producer-writers for Heroes.

I thought that at first myself, but after last night I'm not so sure. The look he had on his face when Eden told him about the "save the cheerleader" message was not encouranging.
