I'm not sure how one long thread is so different from a whoooooooole lot of shorter ones. I mean, the archives go back for years (which is shiny) and nothing is ever deleted, even if it's totally offensive. Maybe that's the problem with the servers lately.
I can't post here much anyway. I guess if we are murdering the bandwidth, that's for the best.

I said I would not post here anymore, but felt I owed you an apology. You did not call our thread foolish or imply any wrong doing.
It was a culmination of posts lately that said we were causing problems with the site that prompted my response.
I should not have overeacted.
So again I apologize to all. I understand that you all have this site's well being in your thoughts.
As I have written in my profile, I try to learn from my mistakes and I hope to learn from this one.

As fewer and fewer people can get this page to load, the list of people who might be the end of it grows shorter. I'm still here though.
I am making white chicken chili for a cookoff this weekend. Pinto beans, chicken breast, maybe some fresh tomatoes, and other spices. Anyone have any feelings on what spices you would like in such a dish ???
