I think my favorite River quote is the one in my sig.

And, "She understands, she doesn't comprehend."

comedywise, i'd say "we'll freeze to death first". altho if it doesnt have to be a quote, then either the tradestation moment, or the lockerroom moment (im i talking to miranda now?)

I used that line in class on Wednesday! With the exception that I changed She to He.
As for my favorite River line, it would have to be: "They weren't cows inside, they were waiting to be but the forgot. Now they see sky and remember what they are." or maybe it was Mal's reaction to the line that was my favorite.

I really like her whole speech in Objects in Space that ends with "And I'll just fade away". Even though I know it was part of her plan to trick Early, I still think that it's very pretty and sad, even moreso because of the music they put with it.
