I love voting. Is it actually this fun come November?

Nevermind. Don't answer that.

Ok, so this morning:

Queer as Folk 53336
Firefly 46059
Gunsmoke 45909

We need to focus on one goal at a time, but in this case we need to

a) KEEP UP MOMENTUM! Gunsmoke is not that far behind and we don't want to lose ground! (I have never seen the thing, but it is on TV every single ruttin' time I go through my TV Guide)

b) KEEP UP MOMENTUM! to overtake Queer as Folk. The results won't come as quickly, but we're going to push through and keep the end in sight, no matter how long it takes!

(I'd like to add that clever Winston Churchill quote here but I have a midterm in ten minutes so this will have to do)

Power through Browncoats!

Don't make faces.

Keep voting Browncoats! Queer as Folk is taking in less than 100 votes a day and lately its been closer to fifty. Lets put Firefly in the top five!!!!! BWAAAA!!!!

The magic spreadsheet I've been keeping for the last week or so shows that if all the fans keep voting for all their shows at roughly the same rate as they are now (yeah, yeah, I'm smellin' the "if" too):
Firefly should catch "Queer as Folk" the last week of October/1st week of November.
Farscape should fall to our inexorable advance some time around the end of the year!
Does that seem right to you?

Aww hell, I'm a big fan of all seven.

A magic spreadsheet? I'm really quite impressed.

Ok, well, if anyone has the stamina to fight for seemingly unreachable goals it would have to be the Browncoats. However, it may be time to start thinking outside the box and consider some ways to bring our numbers up faster.

I did quite like the post about ordering one's employees to vote for Firefly. And, as mentioned before, whenever I go to the library I make the rounds on multiple computers to get in those extra votes.

Anyone with some fresh ideas to propel us towards a quicker victory?

Don't make faces.

Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic

Wake up, vote.
Go to work, vote.
Time for lunch, vote.
Time to go home, vote.
Made it home, vote.
Time for bed, vote.
That's six votes per Browncoat every day! Easy to remember triggers & everything.

Even without becoming slavers & forcing others to vote, 200 of us doing that every day would be 1200 votes! Legitimate *cough*Lexx*cough* votes.

And for us college students thats a little more like this:
Wake up, vote
Go to class, vote
Stop by library between classes and vote on all open computers
return from class, vote
vote every hour while studying, watching tv, napping, or doing nothing at all
vote before party
vote after party
go to bed circa 3 A.M. vote
