I wonder what the "help me, help me" was.
I'm very skeptical about these things, though I do find it interesting. It's just, I'd have to see it for myself before I'd believe any of it.
Though, I've seen some things I can't explain anyway.

the reason I like this show is that they look for all the possible alternatives, and they call crap, crap. They found one guy that was seeing things and feeling paranoid and was sure his house was haunted. They found all his cleaning chemicals for his renovations near his heater intake pumping vapors through his house, and some mold that could have similar effects, plus his electrical box was giving off stupid high levels of energy from not being put together properly, and some people are sensitive to that and it can cause all the stuff he was experiencing.
