In sort of the same vein as the last question, name at least 5 TV show references Spike has made. I say 5 because that's what I can remember off hand right now, but I know there's gotta be more because it seemed to me like he talked about his beloved cheesy TV shows a lot.

He usualy makes refrence to movies like Star Wars, or Gone with the Wind, or Ghostbusters. The only Tv I can recall off the top of my head would be Passions and Dawnsone's Creek. And I think Dr. Who, but I think that was Andrew. Not overly sure. I do this all onsite here so I don't give myself much time to think about it. There's probably more, but that's all I can come up with.

Can you think of any more?

P.S. I had to physicaly restrain myself from looking this up before answering. Just thought you'd like to know that I enjoy the more challenging questions. I may not get them all right, or have an answer for some, but I'm having fun.

Which film, directed by Spike, was loosly based on his own life growing up and the lives of his siblings and what year was it made?

That is a very strange question...

You mean Spike Lee?

He don't count.

Were talking BtVS or Ats here, not anything else.

The show never said weather he had siblings or not, and I'm pretty sure that Andrew was the only one to make a movie...

Man, you really know everything about Spike! I'm impressed. I was going to ask you a question about Spike from Gremlins, but IMDB told me that his name was actually Stripe.

The answer, if you cared, was Crooklyn (1994).

I'm out of trivia man. I didn't watch either shows, though I've seen some Angel now on TNT and I have to admit that it is pretty watchable.

I'd like to say that when I posted this, I didn't want it to become some live triva interrogation, like I think it's becoming.

What I meant personaly when I said I knew everything, was that I like to think I could tell people what he might have thought during a situation or what he was feeling or something like that.

If someone was interested in writing a Spike centric Fic I could help out maybe.

What I'm trying to say is, that I'm not a trivia wiz like some people out there. I'm not that much of a geek and I haven't watched the show for some time now. Even though I do own every season of Buffy and Angle.

I don't mean to discourage any people from posting, but I didn't do this to seem like a know-it-all. I really just wanted to give insight into my favorite character.

I know a lot of the trivia, but not everything.
Sorry to mislead you.

But keep the questions coming and I'll answer as many as I can.

You could have asked about that Spike in that Anime show... What's the name of that show? You know the one where they're space bounty hunters? What ever I can't remember. But the main chacter's name was Spike as well.

When you first posted this thread, it certainly seemed like you were asking for trivia questions, not insight about thoughts and feelings. And the latter is very subjective. No two fans will have the same opinion about what Spike or any other character thought, or did, or meant to do...

The 5 TV shows I was thinking about were Dawson's Creek, Passions, Falcon Crest (in Dirty Girls), Chico and the Man (in Hellbound), and Knight Rider (in Underneath). I'm sure there are others...he seemed to love cheesy tv shows second only to Awesome Blossoms.

The anime with the bounty hunter named Spike is Cowboy Bebop.

I'm just taking a guess here as I don't know any of the character's names on the show (But it is a pretty cool show)..... Cowboy Bebop?

You're right, it's very subjective. Maybe I should have thought about it more. But I enjoy debating things like that. Perhasps I should have named this thread something like "Debating Spike" or whatever.

I do trivia, but I just wanted to get across that I don't know every line.

I remember Knight Rider now that you mention it, but I haven't heard of the other shows. So technechaly you can't put me to fault about that one. :) I didn't know they were shows.

Still, keep firing questions. Or maybe start debating with me. It's all for fun.

And Cowboy Bebop is the one I was thinking of thank you.
