I love the show. Too bad I got into it during Season 2 or 3. It's not shown on Sci-Fi unless it's the crack of dawn now.
Thank goodness there's the DVDs...now if I could get my hands on them.

aye, another lexx fan here. i only started watching it in the final series, but xenia's pouty lips got me instantly hooked. and the bits with oberon and puck were comic genius "you're beautiful, and you have big breasts." "they don't call him king of the faries for nothing." excellent :)
and xenia, those eyes, those lips...

I thought Kai was a rather likeable dead guy.
My favorite epi was where they stop at the planet where the entire population had been decapitated from poor ratings on their own TV game shows.
The epi with Rutger Hauer was pretty funny too.
I haven't watched that show in forever. Now I have to find my tapes and watch 'em again. :D

It's not often that I find a television series where I like every character...or have a hard time picking a favorite episode. But I do love the one where Kai goes all psychotic and kills the teenagers. Gave me nightmares...I was afraid to use the toilet.

I was a fan from the first episode until they reached Earth, though I thought it started going downhill at the introduction of Prince. I know it was never exactly serious sci-fi, but with episodes like the prison and Xevivor it just turned into porn without the porn.

that was round about where i started watching it and absolutely loved it, but find myself less motivated to make my way through the dvd boxsets to learn what happened beforehand.

Last I checked, Netflix did not have the first season on DVD. Is it out at all? If not, I don't guess there's any point trying to jump in at season 2, is there?
