Her name was never said on the episode. You'd have to have read interviews with the writers or look at the cast list on IMDB.

It would be an unfair question for just a casual Buffy fan, but for someone who claims to know everything about Spike, I think it's a good test--a fair question, but with a high level of difficulty. Certainly more challenging than softballs like 'What year was he sired?', or 'Which eye does he have a scar over?'
And you wouldn't have to 'read an interview' with the writers to learn it. Just listen to the episode commentary for "Lies My Parents Told Me"--a source of info easily available to anyone with the DVDs...

In all fairness I haven't memorized every word he's said. I think he's made some Princess Liah refs but I don't know for sure.
