i tend to just watch parts of all the different episodes in one season at a time, but my most watched season are probably 1-3 for Buffy and definitely 1 for Angel.

While we're on the topic, I forgot to mention my very favourite Xander episode - The Zeppo. Not only does this episode make me laugh 'till I cry every time I watch it, but the scene in the basement at the end is just about the best Xander moment in the entire show. Even if he isn't wearing speedos. Or nekkid.

Once More With Feeling - definately. I also listen to the soundtrack alot lol.
Since I dont yet own Angel on dvd I just catch whatever is on reruns.

I also tend to watch my Buffys in order. But all my kids want to watch is Once More with Feeling. They love Rest in Peace and Walk through the Fire.
And not anything with Oz 'cause the werewolf is too scary.

The original one in "Phases" was--you know, the great big one that actually looked like a wolf! Then when they changed it to that gorilla-looking thing, that was just kinda silly...
