You know, you come home late, got no time for a marathon, or maybe not currently going through a season...what eps do you throw on?
In order, my most watched eps are:

1) Fool For Love (at about 15 times now)
2) Anne (it's for the Ghandi line...)
3) Once More With Feeling (I try not to, but can't help myself...)
4) Chosen (smile and a tear every time)
5) In The Dark (that freakin' teaser...)
6) City Of (most like Batman)

Keep in mind I never even saw a Buffy ep until after I bought Firefly in early 2004...

I generally go thru 'em in order, but a few I might cue up if I'm in the mood for one of my favorites:

BtVS:
Fool for Love
Doppelgangland
Intervention

AtS:
Five by Five
Sanctuary
Orpheus

I've only seen the complete series of each show once, since I haven't yet purchased the last seasons of each. I originally watched them in order through Netflix. I have however watched the first six seasons of Buffy and the first four of Angel for the second time, again all in order. Then I went back and watched The Body, Once More With Feeling and Normal Again, but haven't yet watched any Angel a third time.

I watch them in order for the most part,
so most of them are watched pretty equally (well, except for sometimes cutting one I really don't like - like the praying mantis school teacher one in Season one)

BUT often I can't resist taking out my special individual copy of 'Once More With Feeling'

and every Thanksgiving I like to take out the special Thanksgiving video I made of shows, which includes 'Pangs' (best Thanksgiving episode ever, from any show...although the Thanksgiving episode from Alyson Hannigan's 'How I Met Your Mother' is also very fun).

so I guess that makes a list of only two I watch more than the others.

I'm trying to de-tox from Buffy and Angel until I have the money to buy the complete series', not both together, but, Buffy, then Angel.

Fe'nos Tol
JOSSIS(Most Definitely)AGOD

Self appointed Forsaken! Been on the list for a while now!

once more with feeling, I actually wore out the tape and now can only watch it in black and white

restless, because it's amazing and stands up to repeated viewing better than any other episode imo.

then a few from angel 5, hole in the world, shells, you're welcome

from earlier buffy, the prom, halloween, passion, becoming

but I don't know, I've watched them all so much...

1) Dopplegangland - My all time favourite. Makes me laugh every time.

2) Family - it never fails to make me smile. Especially when cousin Beth turns on Tara and says "Are you happy now?" and she just smiles widely... I always find myself grinning like an idiot at that bit! Not to mention when Dawn rushes up all excited to Tara carrying a broomstick with a bow around it. Awwwww!

3) Restless - I love it. I love it. I love it. And every time I watch it I spot something I didn't see before. Amazing.

4) Hush - Best. Episode. Ever!

5) Once More with Feeling - This one is especially brilliant when you watch it right after Hush. I ~love~ seeing the cast do their song and dance routines, and it's just a great episode.

6) Chosen - Everyone is on top form in this episode, and every now and then I just get the urge to see how it all ended. Plus I watched this episode for the first time at a convention in a very large room full of hyper Buffy fans, so I have very, very fond memories of this episode.

7) Conversations with Dead People - this one actually won the Hugo award for best dramatic short if I recall... very well deserved, and probobly the best Dawn episode ever. Is also the only episode in the show not to feature Xander, so it really says something that it's still on my most watched list!

8) Go Fish - yes, I know it's a terrible episode. You're missing the point. Xander. In speedos!

Let me say that again. Xander! In speedos!

I find that image somewhat disturbing; I prefer that of SMG in a speedo much better.

I watched the pilot episode (Welcome to the Hellmouth/The Harvest) again last night on the WB Farewell Weekend.
