As of the 7th of October, this coat has found a new home. Thank all of you for reading and commenting on the coat.
I am still taking orders for the Browncoats, and am working on several other projects as well...there's a thread up regarding the Zoe vest, and Kaylee's jacket is coming along wonderfully. After that, I'll be tackling Zoe's long coat as seen in several episodes, as well as an Independent Soldier coat. After that, who knows?

I took a Browncoat with me to DragonCon with the intention of selling it there, but my trip was cut short, and I did not have the chance to do so. It was built to fit a 6'1", 190lb individual with a 44-46" chest. This does not mean that is the only type of person it will fit. These coats are flowy, so this particular one should fit a wide variety of people.

Hey all, I've got a shiny Tristan Browncoat. It is pretty much my favorite thing ever, I cannot wait for cooler weather so I can wear it. So very worth the money and much better than Abbyshot.

I'm on the installment plan! So far I have the buckles and cuffs which Tristan has kindly made for me. As soon as I get myself a job I'll be saving up for the rest of the coat! Tristan's coats rock and my life will not be complete until I have the genuine article!

If only I was 6' 1" and living in a country with a rather poor exchange rate... well, if I'm saving up to come to the USA to meet all my browncoat friends I probably can't afford one anyway!
