I agree. I came to the same conclusion.
I think the place where PN has a point is I did just a cursory sweep of the sane portions of the web, wikipedia, answers.com, etc., and it was painfully obvious that the connections of mr. ramsey to the bush supporting crowd were strong. This would open the possibility that the customers would be members of the Bush backing crowd.
Certain people in the Bush company have gotten in trouble for this sort of thing, including two child molestation charges high up in the dept. of Homeland Security.
The scenario of PN's conspiracy theory is this (I don't think it hinges on mind control):
Parents pimp children out to some sicko, and get it on videotape. They then pass that videotape back to the backers of the admin., or someone in teh Delay-level corruption of the neocon sect of the GOP. That gives the neocon controller absolute control over the sicko in question. The sicko can then be appointed to a govt. office, such as Homeland security, and will then be absolutely forced to do what ever the controllers ask him to.
It would explain several things, such as how child molestors got into high govt. positions in the first place.
BTW, this process is very similar in nature to what is done in Skull and Bones and similar groups, and in fact what is done in run of the mill street gangs all across the country, it's just more severe. Instead of making the person commit a simple crime like a robbery (or in the case of some chicago and LA, and probably NY, gangs, a murder,) they select a loser, have him rape a child on video.
Why wouldn't they do this? They desperately want people who will not question their orders, and they clearly have no moral decency whatsoever.
Think about it for a second. Mr. Ramsey is making billion dollar defense deals, he hardly needs to pimp out his six year old to a child rapist for the money.

The guy they arrested is a loon. He was arrested in Thailand for some sex crime, and then he confessed to this, and got shipped back here, whereupon he was released, because he's obviously not guilty. It may have been a clever trick to dodge the Thai charges, but I read an interview with the guy's brother, and he said basically that the guy who confessed is completely certifiably insane, and with 24 hours the case would be thrown out, because this loon confessed to everything under the sun. And indeed, that was what happened.

Stuff of that nature happens all the time within the back rooms of Gov where the deals are made, and is not confined to any one party.
The "Franklin Incident" or "Franklin Coverup" showed pretty clearly, from reliable sources, that these kind of things do happen, and while there is some small amount of crossover between the kid-pimpers of the "girl modeling" scene and political types, they're mostly seperate things.
So while the freaks in the whole girl-model industry and the freaks in Gov back room parties are both sick bastards, they're seperate communities of sick bastards with little or no contact or cooperation between each other, thus giving lie to any idea of direct conspiracy between these two camps.
That's not to say they shouldn't be dragged out and shot, but they're not really related, other than in what they do.
The Gov factions tend to use .. not to sound callous, but for lack of a better word.. "disposable" assets for such things, versus the "re-usable, but with diminishing returns" product of the child-model scene.
I would also advise extreme caution and discretion should you even perform as much as a cursory investigation of your own, there's a lot of slimy things under those rocks, and you don't wanna be kicking them over willy-nilly.
It could be bad for your health.

Anyway, I wasn't refering to the govt. prostitution rings. I was talking about the peg. The peg is what I call the crime that you make someone commit so that they will have to do what you say from then on to prevent the crime from comming out. It's a very common tactic in inner city gangs, as it was with the mafia. Skull and Bones uses a peg.
Raping a child could be a massive peg for political appointees to homeland security etc., which would explain three things:

Yeah, I know how that works, I just felt there was some ambiguity that needed to be cleared up on some things.
You have some very distinct, yet seperate, camps.
The girl-model and pageant scene.
Big Gov and corporations.
High level tech sector execs.
Just examples, but specific to these three in particular is that there's virtually no crossover, communication, or cooperation between them - while each one might be properly considered a conspiracy in an of itself, they're seperate conspiracies, not one all-encompassing one.
Just wanted that point to come up crystal clear is all.
And we've mostly heard it referred to as "The hook" rather than "The peg", but sure, it's the same thing - and it's been going on at the high money and power end of various communities for quite a while... near unlimited power and money do some very strange things to people, especially sociopathic* people in the first place.
The movie 8mm does a very good job of exploring that phenomenae.

Actually, those three things in this case have a very strong connection. John Ramsey, who is connected to all three. I certain wasn't drawing a master conspiracy. I was saying this guy, who seems to have been a dealmaker for Bush backers in the military industrial complex, could have supplied the bait for your 'hook' (usually when someone says the hook i think about fiction writing, the strange twist that keeps a reader going in the first couple of pages.) This might help explain how two child molestors got into high positions of the homeland security dept. Just a theory, but it's not a terrible one.
And yeah, I agree, I don't think that this "created child molestors" in the sense of "it made child molestors out of wannabe child molestors by supplying the child." But it gave them power. It doesn't matter if someone has talent if all you want is a yes man. You can get a lot of leaders with weird sexual hangups.
