JonBenet suspect won't be charged

BOULDER, Colo. - Prosecutors abruptly dropped their case Monday against John Mark Karr in the slaying of JonBenet Ramsey, saying DNA tests failed to put him at the crime scene despite his insistence he sexually assaulted and strangled the 6-year-old beauty queen.

Just a week and a half after Karr's arrest in Thailand was seen as a remarkable break in the sensational, decade-old case, prosecutors suggested in court papers that he was just a man with a twisted fascination with JonBenet who confessed to a crime he didn't commit.

"The people would not be able to establish that Mr. Karr committed this crime despite his repeated insistence that he did," District Attorney Mary Lacy said in court papers.

The 41-year-old schoolteacher will be kept in jail in Boulder until he can be sent to Sonoma County, Calif., to face child pornography charges dating to 2001.

Almost makes you think Karr was arrested by Bush and given billions of dollars in free advertising, just to keep Bush Jr's name out of the news for his genocidal crimes in Iraq, Lebanon and NY City on 9/11/2001, which were the previous headlines before Karr appeared. Especially when Israel's diversionary invasion of Lebanon turned out to be another lie by the Media Mafia, when in fact the 2 Israeli soldiers are first arrested inside Lebanon, during Israel's unprovoked first strike invasion, following their prearranged orders from Jr Bush and the Pentagon.

The fact that Cathy O'Brien was never interviewed on Tee Vee News about the JonBenet case proves the Media Mafia is completely untrustworthy and incapable of telling the truth about anything else.

Good to see you back again. We've been having some interesting debates I'd like to hear your take on. Have you been lurking?

On the JBR, this is a joke, right?

I think I have a really simple conspiracy theory, it goes lke this: Rich dad had a sick obsession, killed his kid, and then paid people to cover it up.

If you're right and he was in the CIA, then that complicates things. Why not MKUltra? Did the wife get offed as well?

This is the most out there theory yet on JBR, and yet, when I went digging, I think you may have a point. Dad is #1 suspect, without question. His story has holes you can drive a truck through. He has a MIC job which he turned in more profit than possible, which implies underworld deals. Plus, he ran for office in a republican primary came in second. There's a long list of candidates who came in second in GOP congressional primaries who are connected to a group called club for growth, a corrupt "enemy within" in the republican ranks.

If you can connect John Ramsey and Club for Growth, I'd say you have a winner. Write a book and have a best seller. Only, fictionalize it. That's the latest trend in political fiction. Change things slightly and call it fiction. Avoids lawsuits and censorship, which on both sides your opponent would win.

Phillips and O'Brian, along with Bowart and others, claimed that the CIA is currently abusing people through Operation Monarch. Phillips claimed 20 years of experience in genetics and said that the cults would breed slaves selectively to create musical geniuses. To test his vast experience with genetics, I asked him what he thought of the Human Genome Sequencing Project. He had never heard of it. It seems impossible for anyone with even a rudimentary knowledge of genetics to be unaware of the biggest project ever in that field. Nevertheless, one author claims that Phillips is "currently deprogramming at least six Monarch slaves" (Springmeier 1995, p. 243).

It seems that a number of people in the audience were accepting of Phillips's and O'Brian's claims, although Perskin (of SITPRCA) informed me that this duo will not be asked back in the future because they failed to produce evidence of Operation Monarch. In a personal conversation with me (July 12, 1995), Scheflin stated that he had been able to obtain internal CIA documents corroborating the existence of mind-control experiments in the 1950s and 1960s. (The documents demonstrate that the CIA conducted unethical experiments to try to create multiple personalities in people for the purpose of creating a super spy who could keep vital information submerged in an alter personality [Thomas 1990].) But, he said, the paper trail completely died out by 1976. According to Scheflin, there are no credible reports of mind-control experiments after 1976 and no credible reports of any nature on Operation Monarch.

The evidence points more to the parents pimping the kid out, rather than abusing her themselves - and the connection between girl-modelling, fashion-pageants and what have you to the freak feeder systems is closer than you'd ever think.

The autopsy itself tends to point towards some attempt at autoerotic asphixiation resulting in severe convulsions followed by impact trauma of various sorts - no evidence of electrical shock is present or mentioned within it, nor are the marks mentioned above.

From what seems to have happened, is the parents sold the kids time to a freak, who tried AA and more or less strangled her to death (or death via impact trauma from convulsing) by accident, who then got the hell out of town while mommy and daddy covered it up.

Law enforcement, while having never discussed it, specificed the ramseys computer equipment in the warrant, and Compuserve, the service they were using at the time, was also, at the time, a haven for these kind of deals, muchlike AOL and IRC are now.

Make of it what you will, that's what the evidence points to - someone actually paid money for my analysis of the situation, and provided the public records copies of the related data.. which in truth I'd rather not have known.

I'm aware of the Ramseys' involvement with other pedophiles but what is it in the evidence that points to someone outside the family actually killing JonBenet? And what in the evidence points away from her father being the killer?

*Edit* Just saw that the case fell apart due to non-matching DNA. And this freak said he was there. What people will do to be famous(infamous).

Actually I think he did it to get out of Thailand. Think about it, would you rather go to jail in Thailand or the U.S.?
