% It's a Samoan/Tongan (I can't seem to remember which one to save my life) cheer, kinda like a "yee-ha!" only the vowels can extend for a lot longer, and even if it breaks up a bit "chiiii-ii-ihi-huuuuu-uuu" it still sounds good.
