Shiny as a greased pig at the county fair! Be careful, there's usually a passel of kids chasin' the hog.
Thanks for sharing the details of your wonderful prize.

Well, I'm jealous as hell but also really pleased for you. I'm delighted this went to a browncoat and not just some random collector hedging his bets. Thanks a million for sharing your observations on the script - they make great reading! Any chance you could scan the pages mentioned and post the images in the blue sun room?

I'm pointin' right at it!
I figured it would be, seeing as how the word is meant to be a new version of "God damned" or "Goddamn"--neither of which, last time I checked, are allowed on network TV. ("Damned"--yes. "Goddamned"--no.)
Sure would have been nice if FX had picked up Firefly and aired it at 10pm. Then we would have had all manner of grown-up stuff (like in "Rescue Me" and "Nip/Tuck") in the 'verse!

By the way, getting that script? Sweeeeet!!!

I know you'll treasure it. But I'm sure you know how jealous all of us are that you have such a wonderful thing.
Lucky gorramn bastard.
;)
(No, really, thank you! What a special treat it was having you share those little secrets! Congrats on your wonderful purchase, DonCoat.)

Congrats on the winning bid, and thanks for the report on the script notes. Great stuff!
BTW, those "metal bendy things" are called brads. Haven't a clue as to why.

You're very generous to share these notes--thank you!
What do you think of this alternate theory about Adam's last note: is it possible it refers to Jayne's thoughts about Mal? Might Adam have been reminding himself not to give the line too much hostility?
This is something I've wondered about Jayne and Mal--as portrayed by Adam, how well does Jayne regard the captain?
Just speculatin'. Cuz it's fun. Thanks again for the fodder!
