Netflix rules.
Great for regular movies too-Just got BLAST FROM THE PAST today after sending another movie back on Wednesday-I hear Nathan is in it.
Bought 2 copies of FIREFLY so I don't have experience with that but I had a great experience with THE 4400-another good series IMHO but of course nothing can equal FIRFLY.

Hmmm, I use Blockbuster and have had no problems with them. Of course, I don't do series from them, so perhaps that's different.
Just buy them...if you can afford it...since a share of the profits goes to Joss (at least I'd hope it does!!!).

I will add my voice to those who recommend Netflix. I was with them for a while, and I only suspended my account out of a sense of monetary responsibility. Out of the probably hundreds of DVDs I rented through them, only a small few were damaged, and they were awesome about sending replacement discs. Combine that with their great selection of obscure and foreign movies, I'm looking forward to restarting my account soon.
To hell with Blockbuster.

It's worse than you know. Finally got more disc in the mail. But for some inexplicable reason, I'm getting S4, and not S3 which is where I left off. So, I guess I have to watch S4 now, and then go back to watch S3 ?
But you are right. It's the series thing which is messing this up. With just movies, I had no problem, but if just one of the series isn't ready for shipment, the whole set doesn't move. At least not for me, it doesn't.
The main reason I use blockbuster instead of netflix is for the 2 free game rental coupons I get each month with bb. I've used netflix before, and never had a problem w/ it in the least. Might try them again pretty damn soon.
