Blockbuster is REALLY pissing me off

I'm trying to indoctrinate myself w/ the Buffy 'verse. Starting w/ season 1, all the way to the end. And yes, there have been other movies I've wanted to watch, not related to Buffy. So the PROBLEM is this.... Blockbuster keeps sending me discs out of order, even one time in the wrong damn package! I've tried clearing my que and starting over, so that there's no WAY they could screw it up, yet they keep on doing it. They send me doubles of discs i've already seen, so that as soon as I get one disc, I have to send it right back. THEN it takes the better part of a week before I can get ANOTHER disc, even though I've sent them everything I have.

I should be through w/ S5 by now, but instead I'm waiting for the last disc of S3!!!

Why can't it just go right ONCE ??

I recomend Netflix as well. I have been with them for a year and a half and I haven't had one single problem. I hated Blockbuster as a store, now I am glad I didn't use their online service.

I had the exact same problem when I tried Blockbuster. I switched to Netflix. Problem solved.

No yeah, BB online pretty much sucks. All I hear is omplaints all day long about it. And I work at BB, so people are always coming to me. There's a number you can call, but I seriously wouldn't bother with it. If you want to go out with the rest of your subscription, when I go to work today, i could find it for you. But by the end of the month, I would throughly suggest switching to Netflix.

I was having a problem with netflix (I got two damaged disk and then one that didn't arrive for 10 days...) so I decided to do a head to head comparison with Blockbuster...

and netflix was WAY better! On their worst day netflix was still better....
