I am going to order the Buffy box sets soon and I have two questions.
1. Other than the size of the cases is there any difference between the slim sets and the regular sets?
2. Is there any difference between the individual box sets and the full-series box set?
Thanks

I don't know anything about the slim sets, sorry!
But the series box set has the exact same discs as the individual sets; it's basically all just repackaged without any changes. But it also comes with an extra disc that has new interviews that were done especially for the box set.

The new slim sets (I'm guessing the ones you're talking about are the ones about the size of a VHS case that came out earlier this year) are the same as the previous ones (where a set was made up of 3 DVD cases) as far as I've heard. Except for the dodgy blurbs on the back of the new ones - season 7 being particularly bad...

Thanks, I just ordered the complete series set, 1-day delivery.

The slim sets have two disks in each holder (3 holders). Save a LOT of space.
The boxed set is a little cumbersome if you're activly watching. Gotta pull it all out and such.
The bonus disk is cool, but no reason to buy it if you have it all already.
Just the facts Chrisisall
