What is your favorite sushi?

My absolute favorite sushi is Mackerel. It's a fishy tasting fish. Most people can't stand it because of the texture and stuff, but it is quite yummy!
I also love spicy tuna hand rolls! YUM!

I'm not sure what it's called, but it has salmon and avocado in it, and it's wrapped in seaweed, then a layer of rice. Very tasty.

Anything not involving too much roe, sugared eggs, or squid.

Hey - I just got back from a sushi lunch! mmmm... wasabi...
Let's play Name That Sushi!! I got a box and I have no brain for remembering names - there was one fish that was all white, and it was just soft and almost creamy. Sooo good. Anyone have a guess as to what it was?

Sounds like whitetail, though I could be confusing it for something else. I've had that; pretty good. Salmon is better.

Fatty tuna is my favorite - but the whitetail (if that's what it was) caught me by surprise. Yum!
