I think Summer would be okay but far from perfect, she's too young looking and too thin even though she is atheltic,tall,brunette,and gorram sexy.There's a rumor Morena Baccarin is going to play the part, she's even been put down on IMDB to play WW but is labeled as rumored,but Joss said he would use someone he's never worked with before.

I think Summer would look great and could be up to all the action sequences but, she is not my image of Wonder Woman. Dark hair is a bottle of dye away for any actress and many have pretty good bodies.
I always thought Wonder Woman was supposed to be a bit like the goddess Athena. Classic grecian looks, a touch of maturity and wisdom and a truly statuesque form are important features that would be weaknesses for summer. I think Morena easily has two of the three and Hollywood can be pretty good at making actors a bit larger than life.

1. Summer is not short, she is of a good hight.
2. While I think she would make a good wonder woman I still hope she does not take the part, the reason for this is two fold, I don't like Wonder Woman and I don't want to see Summer pigeon holed into action roles.

Why does everyone think Summer is so short? 5'8" is not my idea of short. Besides, like I said with the Wonder Woman boots(slight lifts included) she would be over 6 feet tall.
The Amazon thing-OK, I agree she doesn't exactly fit the bill of Amazon, but then again neither do 98% of female actors out there.
