God, I hope not. They've ruined Stargate by making it 'Fargate'.

I liked Farscape and SG1. I think its great that some of my favourite shows and actors can merge. Hell, bring more from Firefly.

Then we could have FireFarGate.... and I would be happy.

I like the way Morena is adjusted to her role as Orici

she looks great! I can't wait to see her, is she on tonight (she isn't listed...)?

SG-1 isn't a favorite show, I'd reather see her on BSG (Jane Espensen will be writing an episode for that this year!) but I'm always eager to see any of my BDHs in anything....

thank you Embers, I forgot that was tonight.

Also, since they're going to Atlantis, I doubt it, but you never know.

some of yall couldn't recignize her?

I don't means to sound like a tit, but, well, to me she looks pretty much like she did on firefly. (Though her dresses in firefly were always much more shiny and elegant.) I look forward to her having a lot of great sucess. :) She should do something before the next Firefly film.

*I remain compleatly sure that there will be another film. To quote white christmas, "If theres one thing I learned in the Army its to be positive, especially when you don't know what the hell your talking about."

Jayne: "Testing, testing. Captain, can you hear me?"
Mal: "I'm standing right here."
Jayne: "You're coming through good and loud."
Mal: " 'Cause I'm standing right here."

Yay, Morena in a posture collar *g*

What a pity its more than a month away.

Stargate has really picked up as a series lately.

I always knew Morena had a long beautiful neck (there must be a giraffe somewhere in her ancestry), but, that "brace" or whatever it is makes it look like she got her head stuck in a taffy puller.

How many Jaynes does it take to change a light bulb?

Two. One to try to put it in and another to find a bigger hammer.

Actually, I think the dress is somewhat similar to what she wore as Inara. However, the hairstyle and facial expression is so different that it could almost be someone else. She's got this sinister, blank look on her face, and her hair is up tight around her head, which can change how just about anyone looks.

Oh thank Goddess, God, Buddah, Great Spirt, Sun God Ra (er, bad example), and all other deitys. I've always felt SG1 wasn't realy Stargate because only 4 things are actually from the movie, and they're just props (the Gate, the gliders, the sarcophogas(sp) wich is no longer used, and the blast staffs). The show has veered so far from the source material I no longer consider it Stargate(IMHO). It'd be a releaf to see the REAL Stargate return.

For the record, most people know that the Series and the Movie aren't exactly contiguous. More people appreciate this. I am one of them. The Series is a much more interesting version of the idea which the Movie attempted to incarnate. I would be very irritated if we somehow decided to relapse into the suckage that was the movie. Oops. I've gone and gone evil on the movie. I loved the concept, hated the implementation, but adore that we got a series out of it. I don't know if anyone's seen my admission that at one point, I thought it was just a defunct episode.

Besides, we have all sorts of cool graphics. The Movie always reminded me a bit of Star Trek TOS style graphics. Which, speaking of, there'd been 28 years between the debut of Star Trek TOS when Stargate, the movie came out. Why don't the graphics look better?

May not be smart, but you're definitely gonna see what I have to say.
