...some roll (maki [pronounced mah-key]) sushi
...and hand-rolled (temaki [pronounced teh-mah-key]) sushi.
Of course, if you don't feel like that, *pulls out a box that looks like it holds a cake* *opens box to show Mal-sized char-sui bao* manapua?
'Course if I could persuade people to help me dig a big enough hole...we could have underground roasted pig -- kalua pig *dazed look* *drools slightly at the thought* *shakes self*. Sorry...was daydreaming of the non-tourist-y luaus...
Ookamikawahara: *shrug* You might be right. I'm basing this off of what I was told once about the "special sushi" by an nisei/sansei (depending on which side of his family you were looking at).
By the way: anata no namae eigo no imi wa "Large River God Soul?" or am I mis-translating?

Nothing I read about body sushi said what type of woman tends to do it. I don't think they're whores, though, and they have special training in lying still.

...But, but, the high quality stuff is *sooo* good! Firm, and like those bubble wraps, they pop with just a tiny bit of salty sweetness...*ahem* Well, if you're not going to eat 'em, wanna trade? You can have the tamago (sweetened, sliced, scrambled egg covered) sushis...Really. They just aren't my thing.
*eeps at the clones* YAAH!
Oh...and SpaceANJL: I should introduce you to squid lu`au...Taro/Kalo leaves, coconut milk, and squid chunks -- when it's cooked down, it looks sorta like thickend cooked chopped spinach with about inch long squid pieces. Believe me, it tastes much better than it looks (and I've heard some very uncomplementary comments about what it looks like). :evilgrin:

I don't like the texture of the hundreds of little things in my mouth. Oddly, I don't care for the tamago either. I always thought eggs should be salty, not sweet. *makes a little face*
