The part of the transcript you didn't quote (between Bush and Blair) seemed reasonably cogent.

My only response to this is...

Err.. what too ya so long to figure out the bloody fekkin obvious ?

I knew he was a moron, in fact, I refused to vote for Gore (and you can blame that psycho Tipper for that one, she's a nutter, and imop a dangerous one.) and almost voted FOR the bastard cause I figured he was too stooopid to be dangerous.

More fool me, in the end I just couldn't fight back the gag reflex long enough to go pull the lever for him, so I didn't vote for EITHER of the schmucks.

I think a lot of folks knew he was a moron, but felt a moron was a safer bet than a genuine nutburger for a first lady.

Casualty,

And MY point was -

Quote:

All I'm saying is this relentless Bush-is-the-antiChrist thing is no less ridiculous than Bush-is-the-second coming.
Did I say Bush was the anti-Christ? Did I do anything except post Bush's OWN words and specifically how idiotic those specific words were? As I said - his OWN words are there in black and white.

And Zero's input?
Quote:

Liberals, you folk don't know much about that...being descended from monkeys and all. Tend to think their shat don't stink. I'm just sayin...
How is that nothing BUT mindless liberal-bashing? But YOU have no issue with that! No, you blame Soupcatcher for his response.
Quote:

And with all due respect, Soup Catcher, insulting people (even if they did it first) is hardly a good way to dialogue.

Go away and jerk off, a-hole.

Are people in the media spotlight (singers, actors, professional atheletes, politicians etc.) less intelligent than regular folk? Or are their screw-ups just better documented?
During the summit - Bliar was exposed as a toady - but an intelligent toady. With his off-the cuff comment (Iraq type democracy) Putin as an intelligent and witty foe. Bush? With every friggin word and gesture as a groping, potty-mouthed simpleton. He was the sole MAJOR em-bare-ass-ment in the whole group. In the whole DOCUMENTED group.

You've never accused Bush of using playground tactics, such as name calling, I hope.

I know there is some major disagreement here, but i have to say, IMHO....(which doesn't mean a lot I know).... but the way i see it, never in the history of the presidency of the united states has one man said so much to insult the intelligence of so many than George W. Bush....

I really believe that this administration under Bush, would like it if we all were just scared stupid..... Bush relates well to stupid...

No, but he has used such playground juvenile tactics. Perhaps I should add it to the list of very specific things he can be faulted for.

Bush to aides whenever he wanted to talk to Ken Lay during Ken's overnight WH visits: "Get laid ! (snicker)"

There can be no debate when everyone agrees, just a lot of backslapping.
HOOOOkaaay... how 'bout this: THE EARTH IS FLAT! 2+2=5! Snow is HOT! Is that enough disagreement for you?

George Bush is "challenged". You may run from it, you may try to hide from it, but it's a fact. There are days, circumstances, and topics on which he seems cogent enough to be an average adult, and days, circumstances, and topics on which he performs like a 7-year old at best.

The sad thing is, I saw film clips of him campaigning for his dad. He looked capable, personable, and focused. Something bad happened to him since then. (Picture of an egg frying in a frypan) This is your brain on drugs
