I just checked Amazon.co.uk and Serenity is number 3 in the sci fi and fantasy DVDs ranking system, and 18 over all DVDs! UK fans are doing their bit! It was way down in the 20s early this morning!

Just went and bought mine as well as the BDM soundtrack, Firefly Soundtrack, the official visual companion and....I think that's it. 
Went to the early bird screening in Fresno. It's the first time I've seen the BDM on the big screen. Let's just say I was in awe. For having seen the movie so many times, I had no idea it could effect me like that. There were tears, there was laughter, there was joy. It was well worth the drive and the lethargy I'm feeling sitting here at work so early in the am.

I've been calling all my friends so we can make the trip up to Chicago for the screening tonight! How awesome is this, Browncoats? I'm so proud of everyone who helped organize this, because I've been looking forward to today for months! And since Chicago finally got verified, I'm one happy independent. I hope everyone has the shiniest day, because today, we can make a difference for women around the world AND the Firefly 'Verse!
And that makes us mighty.
