Whoah! Reading that I can only assume that you *were* sitting up until 1am in the morning to see the Aussies rub Japan's nose in it! Coz, really, that paragraph made no sense at all.
Holding the laptop upside down...tipping it on it's side....nope - still doesn't make any sense.
Still...go you good thing! Whoo-hoo!! 3-1!!
Back to earth again in 3 day's time but, still, 3-1..Whoo-hoo!!
Cheers,
Johnboy

You know we wear the armor because back when we played rugby without it people kept dieing right?

You know we get on perfectly fine without the armour. (No dieing or anything, and there's such thing as a "Gum Sheild")
Strangely Rugby players ad Fans arn't the sort to go around picking fights with over clubs/countrys/fans....
and: oooo....Brazil are winning

What the heck is a gum shield?
I knew a rugby player here in the States. He and 3 of his buddies would go to basketball games and rearrange small cars in the parking lot.

Rugby is a fast intense game with plenty of pounding challenges, slams and kicking. American Football is for girls who need padding for fear of breaking a nail, plenty of rest breaks and entire teams of substitutes so they don't get tired out from all that non-running around.

Something tells me yopu have never watched an actual American NFL football game. Little loan played even in High School. And I ain't talkin about the Football Europe either. When you have a guy who is 6'7" and weighs 270 pounds coming at you full speed wanting to take your head off by any means necessary, believe me those pads are there for a reason. Players get messed up pretty good even with them on.
I don't want to start up an argument on which athletes are the bigger pussies. But I will say that any retard who trains well enough can run around for two hours with no problem what-so-ever. When you get hit as hard as some of those guys do 40 or 50 times in a game that takes a whole new level of conditioning. If you don't believe me taunt an old bully from highschool so he blindsides you into the ground and see how you feel, then have him do it 30 more times in a 3 hour period. Then come back and post your results, if you are capable.
And oh yeah the only time I see a rugby player playing in the NFL is as a punter.

I've seen rugby. It's like soccer with groping. And while everybody enjoys a good grope now and then it ain't as brutal as you silly ruggers like to say it is.

The forwards get smashed to the ground or slam into each other for a scrum/ruck 40 odd times in 80 minutes in professional Rugby and yet they still manage somehow. Your average pack player is 220-250 pounds (Lomu is about 275), a bit lighter because they still have to run from one end of the pitch to the other, rather than just five yards to hit the guy in front of them.

Hmm, you must have watched a kinder gentler game of rugby than I've been dragged along to. In one game there was copious bllod, half a dozen teeth lost and a total of 6 bones broken. Didn't stop anyone finishing though. This one guy broke his collar bone and two ribs and kept on playing for 3/4 of an hour!
Men. Some have more testosterone than sense!
