Well, at least it's a mutual delusion. One sided delusions are so much less fun.
Tell me more about Fred and Molly.

"You landed in my life Like a new and brighter light
That made all my past seem in shadow
I always used to believe That beauty was skin deep
But I need a new word to describe you
And the time that it took to take down the wall
Was the time that it took for me to fall
Hopelessly weak.

Well lets see. I found Fred when I got lost or rather accidentally fell through the time and space portal thing at the bottom of the tree in zoid's pub on earth-that-still-is. He was just so cute I had to bring him back with me. He mostly hangs out in the This Land Park now that he's got lots of other animal type friends to play with.

Molly is a slighty different, and perhaps weirder story. She is the clone of Cozen's parrot, Black Jack Silver (?) who sadly died. Or is currently plugged into some life re-vamping thing somewhere on the ship. Actually she almost died herself in a tragic gun "accident" some time ago. So, she is really Cozen's pet, but you know I haven't seen much out of her lately either. Probably just hiding out because she's jealous of the llama.

*wakes up underneath a bar stool*

Waaa....? Oh my head.... Ow.....

Sssshhhh. Everyone's thinking too loudly...

*clambers up onto the seat*

Bartender... why did you give me an inferior drink... must have been some bad milk in one of those ten daiquiris I had.

Seryn stares around for a few minutes, and makes a comment about the sea otters being cute.
SR fills her in on the finer points of Otter species classifications, and she smiles sweetly at him.
In a tone that could cut glass she replies. "Well, this being the coast, I just assumed they were sea otters, but what ever you say darling"

Then she relents. And with a light swipe to the back of his head, laughs and runs towards the waters edge.

Half way there she slows, then changes direction and begins climbing over the tumbled rocks forming a natural out cropping, jutting into the sea. Avoiding the slippier seaweed covered stones she climb, as garcefull as she can, to the very tip and sits, staring first back towards the shore to watch the otters scurry about, then out towards the sea, watching the waves and the fog bank receeding.

After a short while, she feels SR approach and settle down next to her. Resting a head on his shoulder, she shrugs happily and smiles.

"Its really very very pretty.

Thank you."

Behind the bar, Trey raises an eyebrow, knowing full well that all the drinks she gave SimonWho were of the highest quality.

"I'm so sorry, sir," she replies with a fake smile. "Here, let me make that up to you."

She supplies SimonWho with ten more drinks.

CONTESTANT 1: ERVIN THE YETI

Ervin the Yeti, now with soggy, multicolored fur from the pool, walks back up on the stage for his talent demonstration. He seems to have lost his top-hat, but not his ever-present grin.

"Ervin do dance for you. Dance that Weird One taught us in caves of Black Diamond!"

Ervin starts to dance, flinging drops of water from his fur. In the audience, the other yeti present get up and begin to dance too.

"It was a risk, but anyone can go to Cancun, Hawaii or the Carribean, and they usually do, so I brought you here where we can have that most precious quality, quiet alone time." Says SR as he gently places his arm on her shoulders. With his other hand he offers her a bunch surf polish rocks from the beach, about the size of childrens marbles. Seryn looks at him with a expression that could be translated as: "you must be joking."
"Jade, tourmaline, onyx, jasper, opal." he explains. "You won't find those on the beach in Miami." Her eyes open wide and she takes the stones with a smile. Then the smile goes away for a moment.
"Have you brought other girls here?" She asks with a look that says she wants the whole truth.
"I don't bring anyone here."

OOC: FYI: I moved the first weekend of June and I'm just now back to being able to get online on a more normal basis

**jake7 takes the stage after Ervin does his dance (which was surprisingly graceful for such a large creature). She puts a CD into the Karaoke machine, chooses the track, then steps up to the mike as the strains of Def Leppard's "Pour Some Sugar on Me" begin to play. She sings the song with gusto, as it's one of her favorites, and gets the audience reacting along with the melody.

Once the song is complete, she exits the stage, breathless.**

That sounds like a great idea

We don't even have to pack a basket. We can use the auto-feed and have the food delivered from the kitchen.

So, we just need to get a blanket and we will be ready to go.
