Letters, not emails. There's gonna be ONE email from the S-Day crew, the way I see it.
Please don't spam the poor people at Universal who would definitely get very annoyed by that. I'm fairly sure there'll be more info soon. Try http://forum.serenityday.org, maybe someone over there can help you.

Sounds like the first order of business is to get you some more volunteers before this date creeps up on you. It's comin' up fast now!

Oh, THAT army. I thought you meant Kaele's crew and was a bit confused as to what we were supposed to take over. I'm sure we'll find a solution. You just be careful in that other army, y'hear, and thanks for the shiny things you've done.

At MR this past weekend, Nathan was NOT aware of the Serenity Day activities.
A Browncoat brought it up during the Saturday AM 'Browncoat' Q&A session (w/ Jonathan Woodward subbing for Adam) Nathan asked if the point was to all go out and purchase lots of copies of Serenity on June 23rd. At least 3 of the next audience members at the mic filled in more details for him on other aspects of the celebration/fund raiser, but it was never clear that he understood it all. (Due to lousy travel trauma, poor fellow had a 24-hour trip from Edmonton to Pennslvania and only about an hour of sleep before a marathon day of Photo Ops, Q&A, and Autographs - topped off my a banquet - his brain may have been missing).

I don't have a clue what the Serenity Day folks have in mind for this, but I would imagine that 11th Hour will announce something about that and will say who might could do it.
She's got a lot more contacts than most of us, I'm sure--- being a friend of Tash and Haken.. so I'll bet she's got that covered.
