Because we moved back and forth from Europe, we would have to stay with family, then move into our house. So I have about 5 schools that I went to for about a month.
Also - I have a letter from the state department - not a birth certificate, and if I had wanted, I could have had dual citizenship.

Right now I live in South Carolina. Where are you?
I was born in a US territory, so it wasn't an issue, but I always get hassled about my birth certificate, because it's usually the first one anyone's ever seen from Guam.
I did have a bit of a run-in at the Canadian border once. I was in HS and terrified. I was on a tour bus and they decided to stop our bus and ask each of us if we were US citizens. Only the Border Guard asked me if I had been born in the Continental US, to which I replied "No, sir" and then he demanded to know where I was born, if I was a US citizen and wanted to see my birth certificate. It was all fine and good, but for a minute is was terrified they weren't going to let me into Canada!

You threat to Canada you!
I always have problems. I have a letter on the old tissue paper from a typwriter and a picture of me at 3 months. The problem is that the letter is dated 3 months after my birth - so there are ALWAYS issues!
I am now in Foley, AL. Outside of Mobile.
I loved SC. #2 was born at the Charleston Naval Hospital during Desert Storm. Ahh the memories!

Yeah, typewriter tissue paper would be a problem. I just had to go apply for a passport and the woman at the post office tried to give me grief over my birth certificate, so I can't imagine trying to show them a piece of paper and a picture! lol
South Carolina's not the place for me. I liked it better up north, Philly and the like. But, I'm here now, so I'm making the best of it!

Anniston, AL. I-20 between Birmingham and Atlanta.
I guess I was lucky in being born in the Continental US, but I have always had a valid passport. In case I needed to get out of the country quick-like

Tristan, Spelling is way off on the Japanese, but understand what your getting at.
For example the correct way to spell I love you in the romanization of Japanese is: ai shite iru or more polite form ai shite imasu. Anyways glad you picked up some of the words. Hope that helps ya out. Anyone wants to learn Japanese, just give me a hallor.

Nope, a bit off, I will go through in a sec and try and help correct them. Don't worry even Japanese citizines are a bit off in spelling things in English from Japanese. Some examples are shi prounced like she, they will shorten it to si. or chi, sometimes they will write it as ti. So gets a bit weird if your not familar with it.
