On that site the only one I could find was the extended gag reel from the TV show, not the movie.

My favorite blooper from the show's gag reel is Mal talking to someone and commenting, "But I don't wear underwear...you know that." Then acts surprised when he 'realizes' that he's on camera.

Haven't seen any mention of the outtake from OMR where River wants Book to marry her and Simon.

That is Hi-larious, especially when Simon tells Book "She's really crazy" and River kicks him. The look on her face is great.

They really should have left that in.

My favorite, from both the show and movie outtakes is from the movie when Sean messes up a line and then playfully slaps Nathan :D

First of all, I have to say that almost ANY blooper involving Nathan Fillion is awesome. The man has SUCH a wicked sense of humor that he must be a joy to work with. He is incapable of making a "boring" outtake; he even jazzes up everyone else's mistakes!

Almost all of my favourite bloopers are from the BDM, and in a very VERY vague order (seriously, they're almost all on par with each other) they are:

1) The absolutely brilliant space battle sequence where Mal is "a back spaceship driver" and screams "GET OUTTA THE WAAAAAAAY!!!" I wish that they had been able to justify leaving that scene in somehow.
2) The infamous "hood ornament" conversation. You know the one.
3) "TRAAAAAAAAAP!!!!!"
4) "I've seen so much death..." followed by an impromptu dance session
5) "We have to... shit. We have to shit, sir!"

From the series, there are a lot, but the only ones I can remember are the mustache ones and the one in the extended blooper reel where they did a spoof of Tracey's recorded message, panning around to the entire crew only to have Mal keep shifting and looking dramatic.

My favourite though is when he yells, "TRAP!!"
In the movie he said it so calmly, but in the blooper I just died. It scared me, first of all, and then I laughed too hard.

My second favourite is the dance he makes after he says, "so much death".

The actual show bloopers, I'd have to rewatch. But the mustache one was the most clever.

I haven't seen the extended gag reel from the series, so I'll definitely have to get my hands on that. The one on my DVD set is way too short!

From the movie:

Loved the whole "dirt nap with baby Jesus/Jayne try not to steal too much of their shit" scene. The look on Jewel's face is priceless.

The "backspaceship driver" take.

Nathan and Morena in the training house scene:
Nathan: What aren't you doing?
Morena: Crap!
