Xander's basement speech in the Zeppo. Okay, basically every line Xander speaks in the Zeppo.

The writer's of this show love Spike. The happy meal speech; Spike's "dance" speech from Fool for Love; his outburst "What the hell is wrong with you bloody women!" when he has Buffy and Dru tied up; his vampire with a soul speech from Tabula Rasa; both the Lover's Walk and Initiative convos with Willow; and:

"You're not friends. You'll never be friends. You'll be in love till it kills you both. YOu'll fight and you'll shag and you'll hate eachother till it makes you quiver but you'll never be friends. Love isn't brains children, its blood. Blood screaming inside you to work its will. I may be loves bitch, but at least I'm man enough to admit it."

"A vampire with a soul, how lame is that."

"Hands, hands in new places."

"And I think I'm kinda gay" - the second time around made me laugh harder, in Tabula Rasa.

Almost every line Oz ever uttered. I am sad that I don't remember them.

Mayor Wilkins was also beloved of the writers. I love his speech to Angel in the cafeteria during Choices. But my favorite line may be at the beginning of the episode when he's all calm about trashing the room and then he gets mad:
"They've got my box!"

"I like the quiet."

Too many good ones to list them all, but one that I haven't seen on this thread yet is from the end of "Restless", when Buffy and gang have finally awakened, and Buffy says," Well, at least you all didn't dream about that guy with the cheese. I don't know where the hell that came from! "

The look on everyone else's face was priceless!

which of course was later followed up by:

I can't remember the whole bit but it was towards the end of the 7th season and Spike and Andrew are on a scooter and talking about onion blossoms. Long pause...then...

Oz: The monkey's the only cookie animal that gets to wear clothes, you know that? So, I'm wondering, do the other cookie animals feel sorta ripped?
