The NYC screening is going to be a secret screening. No one will be told where the screening is going to be held until it is over.
The only info I think that is available right now is that the NYC screening is in Pre-Planning mode and there is a Browncoat yahoo group that you could read posts about what they are doing.

hire price would be as before: 150 GBP+VAT hire + 88 GBP film
hire incl. carriage = total 264.25
