HOW OLD IS JAMES MARSTERS

I am sooooo confused as to how old James Marsters is. I hear he rarely tells anyone his age, but surely someone out there has the truth!
I have heard his is 31, 41 and 43! How old is he??
I laugh in the face of danger, then i hide until it goes away!

I don't think you'll find an official answer on this because I think the only person who knows is James Marsters. And for whatever reason, he prefers not to disclose it publicly.
Although, I think you might find a few obsessed fans who have "done the math" based on interviews that he's given and think they have figured out his true age.
Why do I always think of Joan Rivers whenever anyone asks this question?

It isn't actually known among fans how old he truly is, so of course, speculation is wild and frequent. It's pretty much agreed in fandom that he's about 40 - but really, we aren't sure. And it's kinda stupid that he's keeping his age secret...it's not like all those Spike-crazy fans would suddenly stop liking him if they found out he was in middle-age...

Unfortunately off the top of my head, I can't remember what the age is or where I saw it, but I have definitely read/seen it somewhere said by him (possibly in the Jay Leno show from a while back) - he is in his forties though, that I do remember.
Maybe he's given up keeping it a secret...

By the way, I can't say enough about how much of a gent this guy is when you meet him publicly. He's polite, funny, pleasant..everything a celebrity often is not, and he spends time talking to each person who comes to see him. You really couldn't ask for more.

like him better, actually. 40 is a great deal younger than it used to be - for me at least.
