Ok, I have quite a few, but here a couple of my all time favorites:

Spike: Love isn't brains, children. It's blood. Blood screamin' inside you to do it's will. I may be love's bitch, but at least I'm man enough to admit it.

Willow: And, remember, if you hurt her, I will beat you to death with a shovel. A vague disclaimer is nobody's friend. Have fun!

I'd put more, but it's been a looooong time since I've sat down to watch any episodes and I can't think of any other quotes off the top of my head. I remember from the Angel TV series one from Spike that cracked me up: "It's not murder if you say 'yes'."

Ah yes, I forgot about the expresso pump scene.

Best line from Chosen is actually: "There could be oil of some kind involved."

Both Spike/Willow scenes, but especially from The Initiative. When he can't bite her.

There are so many scenes I love. Sad, funny, dark, that I don't know where to start. But I have a couple of "dream scenes". Scenarios I waited for and Joss delivered. In order:
- Angel catching Spike with Joyce in "Lovers Walk" and she has them reversed.

- The Wish fight scene: because Joss evens all the scores, in particular Xander killing Angel and Buffy killing him.

- Faith coming on the Spike as Buffy.

- Riley and Angel fighting

- All the Faith/Spike interactions in Dirty Girls

- the Angel/Buffy confrontation over Spike in Chosen

"I like the quiet"
