I'm waiting for Brisco, other than that, what should I be watching, Grounded?
Andromeda!
Charmed!
Smallville!
(Non of the above!)

Chrisisall, leaning heavily toward Buffy

Ah, but do you own Voyager? And if so, how did you finance it?

Scraping $ Chrisisall

I've seen up to season 5, and I have to say, I thought it SUCKED when Reilly left!
Later I thought about it, and it's not about what I personally am comfortable or un-comfortable with (See: Wash), it's a story Joss wanted to tell.
I think I'm ready for 6 and 7 now.

Dawn still bugs me Chrisisall

In terms of TV shows, I suppose it depends what you've seen already/what you like besides Trek, Buffy and Dark Angel. Off the top of my head: Miracles, Wonderfalls, Harsh Realm, Lone Gunmen (all cancelled :( ), Millennium, The 4400, The Dead Zone, Lost, Battlestar Galactica, Sliders (early seasons), Quantum Leap, The Invisible Man (R2 only I believe).

Well, I haven't seen season six of Buffy recently, but over winter break this year I watched the entire seventh season, and every episode, except for maybe three of them, had me teary-eyed/actually crying by the end. Its seriously powerful stuff. Definately worth owning. I would chose Buffy over Voyager in a second (and I did; I own the Chosen collection, but no voyager at all -- and I fraking *heart* voyager).

If you do get voyager, tell me if they have any good special features or anything.

I have the new Galactica, the rest I've seen and/or hold no interest in owning, I'm afraid. A show must have martial arts, star Bruce Campbell, or be set in space for me to want to pay for it, bottom line (With the rare exception of Airwolf, although it kinda has martial arts...).

Hard line Chrisisall

If you do, you must at LEAST get the Borg Fan Collective; It is mostly Voyager eps- the best ones, including the last one. It's only $30, cheap for 14 eps when you see that 24 (a season) is $100!!!!!

While I like Voyager, I remember that it did have quite a few medeocre eps, I think I'll stay with the Voyager I have on the Fan Collectives, and go for the Chosen Collection!

Thanks for the season seven review, Arcadia. Oh, and from what I've read, the special features are the standard stuff on Voyager, selected cast interviews, makeup, FX... (They should read 'standard features' on most DVD's now).

Chrisisall staked

I was one of the people cheering when he left, mainly because I never liked his character...And Dawn still bugs me...3 years after it's been off the air.

And I say go for 6 and 7. I've always been a fan of both. I actually find myself watching the episodes from 6 and 7 more often than any of the other seasons. ::shrug::

At the risk of sounding like Mal, after I get the Chosen Collection, I suspect I'll be a fan of all seven.

Thinks he's so clever Chrisisall

Season six will always be my favorite year. It goes dark and intense but it really packs a punch.

Also it's a very, very funny year too. And the musical will always go down in history. Buy it!
