For those of you who will be attending the 2002 San Diego Comic Con, Joss Whedon will be there on Saturday, August 3 at 3:30pm to talk about his comics, his shows, and most importantly, Firefly.

Here's the official listing from SDCC's schedule:

3:30 Joss Whedon–Dark Horse Comics presents Joss Whedon, the creator behind the hit TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel! Last year, Joss made a splash with his comics writing debut Fray and this fall he brings his futuristic adventure Firefly to television. This is your chance to ask Joss about the comics, the shows, and his writing career—don't miss it! Room 6BCDEF

Joss was there last year to talk FRAY. There must have been 1000 people in that room. Probably the biggest attraction there was next to the LOTR preview.

I'm definitely going to be there. So if nobody else feels like it, you can certainly expect something from me. If you'd like, I could probably make a couple of Quicktime movies of His Jossness doing his thang. Would you be interested in that at all?

I was tempted to buy a digital recorder, so's I could get a transcript for these non-native blokes. Thanks to you, there'l be no plomping down of my hard-earned-but-really-given-from-my-dad-cash!

I love the film Amelie! Her family certainly is weird, aren't they?

I will be at Comic-Con tomorrow. My days off are Saturday & Sunday, but I probably won't be there Sunday because I'll probably be out of money by then (I *love* to buy merchandise at cons). I'm mostly going to the con to see Whedon & J. Michael Straczynski (Babylon 5).
