Just had this hilarious vision of Santa delivering the toys for the good girls & boys and he stops at the home of a Browncoat family. He says to himself "This is the umpteenth hundred one of these DVD sets I've delivered tonight. What's the big deal about this show anyway? Jolly St. Nick sits down in the living room and pops in the DVD. After watching the two part "Serenity" he begins to watch The Train Job. By this time he is oblivious to everything else. Soon he is laughing and hooting up a storm. Mom & Dad come down stairs to see what's up. They see Santa happily watching the scene of Jayne passing out. He turns to them and says. "This is a wonderful show, when is it on? I wanna watch more." Mom, a little shocked at the thought of Father Christmas sitting in her living room, explains that Firefly is no longer on that it was cancelled by Fox. Santa stares in disbelief! (which is funny for Santa to disbelieve anything" He then looks at his watch, and exclaims, "I gotta go there is so little time left!" Dad says, "It's only 2:30 are you sure you can't stay and watch one more." You know I would love to, but tonight I have something special to do. "What's that?" Mom asks. Santa with twinkle in his eyes says, "I gotta finish delivering all those presents, which shouldn't take too long, but then I gotta go put coal in the stockings of those gorram Fox exec's!" And up the chimney he goes.
That next morning Joss comes down stairs to find a huge chest of gold under his tree and a card that says, "Dear Joss, Hope this helps your budget for the Movie. Have a Shiny Christmas, Santa.
Mal: “See how I'm not punching him? I think I've grown!”

Should've known Santa would be a Firefly fan - there's a man with discerning taste!
