We're not making money off of it. It's a labor of love, so fox can pound sand. It's just like any other fanfic, with the right disclaimers I think we might be alright. Consider it "a fanfic for the visually impaired."
Also, we should see who volunteers for voices before we discount their abilities. We may be surprised.

Does anyone want entire audio files? I made wav's of the entire eps. About 40-50 MB each. I gave them to Maniac so he could listen as he types all night at work. Well, I can't do impersonations, but have been told I have a decent speaking voice, and I have a bit of amatuer drama background. If that's not needed then still count me in to help in any way I can - Cool idea!

I think as long as nobody makes money off it and nobody claims the characters are theirs we should be ok. Nobody has been sued for a written fanfic yet. I don't see why one you listen to should be different. (That I know about.)

I gotta agree with JohnnyReb!
There are lots of fanfics, & even fanvids which incorporate sound fx from pre-existing movies.
