Canadians should be seen and not heard

Sorry couldn't resist.

I think countries have personalities just like individuals that change as they age.

Like the French, they used to be that really annoying kid that nobody liked because they think they're the be-all-and-end-all, when really their bit of a tit. Now they're that really annoying balding forty-fifty year old who's in middle management, is completely ineffective and useless but somehow manages to make it seem like it's someone else’s fault every time. Yeah David Brent is French.

Britain used to be that scrawny little kid that got fed up with being beaten up, built up and learnt how to fight. And boy did she fight, though she did become a bit of a bully. Then had kids and mellowed, a bit.

Unfortunately one of her kids is a layabout beach bum (Australia) and one's starting to get a serious case of biggest kid in the playground syndrome (no offence to our American contingent, just seems to me that America is getting a little too much like colonial Europe these days).

But that’s a bit more political than I want to get here. I'll chastise myself later.

Basically I'm saying I believe in group consciousness...

It's not your fault. I just have nothing interesting to do and I'm feeling sleepy and lethargic. Shouldn't have eaten those greasy cheese wantons at lunch.

Welll, I suppose theres only so much ranting you can do about your home town.

S - I fully believe that downtown Toronto has just as many awful people in it as Liverpool, there is how ever one vital difference - drive for an hour out of Toronto and you have a good chance of ending up somewhere wild and glorious. Drive for an hour out of liverpool, and you end up in Manchester (aaaaaaaaarrrrgggghhhh!)

(see, thought up some witty-ish- banter eventually!)

How about a change of subject? seeing as there is only so much past-dredging we can do with out needing to seek therapy...

Oh, mini subject for the time before we think of another - gossip in SFX this month (i did give this its own post, but I think everyone already knew) Joss was saying in an interview that if he got the chance to do the sequel he wanted to bring back Jubal Early (and Shepard Book, but I shall refrain from getting over happy about that one)

So, my proposed subject - Who do you want to see popping up in any future films/shows?

I'd love to see Patience from Whitefall again. I'd also like her to turn out to be Mals mom - but that could just be the ramblings of a crazy person.

Safe: OK, so I think it's safe to say there are tards everywhere. some are just rude about it.

Citizen: I find it odd that I tend to be "Zoe" in those tests. Must be the loyalty thing.

Seryn: Have you Seen it? No you're right. There are problems that need to be fixed, But there are too many people fighting over whose methods to use to fix 'em, instead of just doing the job.

CMS: in the words of Han: "She'll hold together. here be baby, hold together."

* takes a big ol' step away from politics, 'cause ewww.*

Seryn: More Badger! 'Cause he's fun. And Mark is cool enough to hang out here and post with us.
And Murphy! He was awesome. The Gentleman that rescued Kaylee from th e 4 nasty wenches in Shindig.

I'd hate to think what it is that makes me River in all those tests...

Well, of course there's Badger. The world needs to get to know Badger!

Also, I'd love to see Monty and YoSaffBrig show up.

Speaking of Monty, are we to assume from the film that he was killed by the Operative? He did destroy everyone there was for the crew to run off and hide to. Does Monty fall into that group?
