Right, I've taken Serenity to the infirmary to rest for a while. I think I should carry on with my previous task; scanning for PsychicRiver's father. Sorry Captain but I'm afraid you don't, er, have the right equipment for the role.
Let's start with some of the more obvious onboard choices...

He floats around to the infirmary and watches the girl lying on the table. Something about her seems almost...familiar...but he can't quite figure out why. He watches her for a few more minutes before something catches his eye. He floats to a door on the far side of the room and finds a pair of...well, all he can think to call them is frozen tubes, but he can't figure out what they would be used for. So he hovers there, staring at the tubes, and ponders.
