ni feng kuang. ni you venti.
can anyone translate this for me....?

There is no letter V in Mandarin, so that's probably "Ni3 feng1kuang2. Ni3 you3 wen4ti2." "You're insane. You have a problem" (or possibly, "You have issues").
You may remember "feng1kuang2" from "Our Mrs. Reynolds," "Wo3 de5 ma1 he2 ta1 de5 feng1kuang2 de5 wai4sheng5 dou1" (very loosely, "Holy mother of god and all her wacky Nephews" ) and from "War Stories," "fang4zong4 feng1kuang2 de5 jie2" ("a knot of self indulgent lunacy").
